My stay at Towneplace Suites was a mixed bag. On the upside, the service was great, especially thanks to Jorge, who helped me switch rooms effortlessly. However, the noise levels from surrounding rooms and the bustling outdoor area definitely impacted my experience. While the breakfast was decent, the hotel's overall upkeep seemed to be lacking.
